10h45: Henry Coandă Airport - Cluj and Timisoara groups: Transfer by bus to Mamaia, Phoenicia hotel

13h00: Phoenicia Hotels - Arrival, Check-in & Accommodation. Allocation of rooms is distributed over the entire complex. You will be guided to the corresponding Reception by Phoenicia personnel. A hotel bracelet will be given to you upon arrival. Check-in formalities will be done after Lunch.

13h00- 15h00: Restaurant Kasttane - Lunch

15h00 – 19h00: Check-in and Free time

19h00 – 21h00: Restaurant Kasttane - Dinner

21h30: Phoenicia Holiday Resort Parking - Transfer from Hotel to NUBA Beach Club by bus, 10/15’ walk to Location

22h00 – 04h00: NUBA Beach Club - Clubbing (Deloitte private event). Access based on Phoenicia Hotel bracelets. Open bar for 6 hours

01h00 - 04h00: Transfers by bus to the Hotel are organized every 30’ from NUBA Beach Club Parking

DAY 2: 18 JUNE

07h00 – 10h30: Restaurant Kasttane – Breakfast

12h30- 15h00: Restaurant Kasttane - Lunch

19h00 – 21h00: Restaurant Kasttane - Dinner

21h30: Phoenicia Holiday Resort Parking - Transfer from Hotel to BREEZE Club by bus, 10/15’ walk to Location

22h00 – 04h00: BREEZE Club Party - Access based on Breeze Club bracelets, Open bar for 6 hours
