The title Kaiserhof describes the hotel perfectly - Kaiserhof meaning King, and this is how the staff at the Kaiserhof treat all of the residents. Set 20 kilometres out of Salzburg, the Kaiserhof is the perfect place for taking in the sites of the city of Salzburg and its surrounding area mountain biking and hiking during the summer months and is also in an excellent location for accessing the famous slopes of the Sportwelt Amade. With the restaurant and entrance area within ancient walls with lovely vaults you will also find rooms renovated to a contemporary standard. Business travellers, tourists and families always feel comfortable when staying at the hotel. All 36 rooms were carefully renovated in 2005 and 2006 and individually furnished. To get to the hotel it is best to take a taxi from the airport to the Kaiserhof. It costs about ⬠20 one way. If you decide to take a bus you must first ride to Salzburg city centre and then again continue by bus, take No. 170 bus from Salzburg and get off at the "Niederalm Ortsmitte" stop; the ride takes about 20 minutes from Salzburg.
