The kitchen opens out onto the small terrace, from which you access the inner courtyard.\nThe night area is composed of two bedrooms: the master bedroom is furnished with a double bed and a wardrobe, the second one -to be used also as study room- comes with\na single bed and a roll-out bed: they are on the same level, so they can be combined together into a double bed. The room also comes with writing desk and wardrobes.\nThe bathroom, utterly modern, is equipped with a large shower stall; there is a separate toilet. Linens and towels provided.\nUpon arrival we will be waiting for you at the apartment to hand over the keys and show you the facilities. If the Client has a reasonable and substantiated cause for refusing the Property offered by way of replacement, the Company will refund the Client the amounts paid. No further amounts shall be due by the Company to the Client.\nThe Client agrees that the maximum number of people entitled to occupy the Property is that set forth in the Booking Confirmation. Non-compliance with this obligation shall entail payment to the Company of a penalty equivalent to 30% of the overall price for the Property for each additional person.\n
